The Service Design Practitioner Curriculum aims to teach the fundamentals of service design. It is a starting point for those beginning their service design career or as a foundation to select service design teams and facilitate smaller projects. Participants come from all over the world, and the program is coached by Thomas Brandenburg – SDN Accredited Service Design Master.
After completion of the course, participants go through the SDN Accreditation process – an independent certification that aims to validate they have met established criteria and competencies within the field of service design. Participants of the course will be prepared for the SDN Accreditation for Practitioners. After successfully completing the Practitioner Curriculum Course: 32 hours of the training program, and the SDN Accreditation process, you will gain certification and two years of SDN Professional Membership with all the benefits.
