Prof. Dr. Tina Weisser is a Professor of Service Design at MUC.DAI - Munich Center for Digital Sciences and AI at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich. In addition to her academic role, she works as a leadership consultant.

With over 20 years of experience in practicing service design across a diverse range of sectors, Tina brings a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise to both her teaching and consulting work. She has developed and conducted multiple impactful courses, including Service Design Management, User Research, Service Design Leadership Lab, and the newest course, The Design of Change - Essentials for Service Designers. Tina also teaches a module of the 'Service Design Masterclasses Series' for SDN Academy.

Tina serves on the advisory board of the SDN Academy, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the leadership development offerings. Through her work with the SDN, she has been instrumental in the success of the SDN Leadership Learning Lab, fostering the next generation of service design leaders.
