Fiona has over 25 years of experience as a brand strategist, design thinker and lecturer.
BIO
Fiona is a brand strategist, design thinker and lecturer, with over 25 years of experience. After working at brand consultancies Wolff Olins and Elmwood, Fiona founded her own consultancy Kin, recent clients include British Council, British Library, Bupa, Design Council, Emissions Analytics, The National Lottery Heritage Fund and The University of the Arts London. She has recently collaborated with service design agency Unboxed Consulting to brand a government digital service.
As Senior Design Manager at the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design at Royal College of Art, she brought innovative products and services to market, to address the longevity economy. These projects were displayed at the Design Museum, Summer ’22 and Spring ’23.
She is a Design Coach with Magnetic for Innovate UK and is also an Associate Lecturer at the University of the Arts London and has run design thinking sprints for the Design Thinkers Academy. This will be the second time she has run Branding for Service Design for SDN.
